"Throughout my life, I have had the pleasure to play with wonderful pianists, but there have only been maybe two that really made me feel like they play the way I would dream of playing the piano myself. One of these two is Sárik… Sárik, who is otherwise full of consciousness, but when he plays music, he serves music and art in the most humble way and does it with amazing creativity, sensitivity, and style, while also being inspirative. It´s always a great pleasure to play with him."

"Péter Sárik is one of the most gorgeous pianists that has ever played in my band. I found it the most amazing that he thought about and in music with such an intensive emotional voltage. He knew well all the genres and played all kinds of music with taste. It was wonderful just to watch him play with temperament and empathy. I loved his romanticism, the way he played jazz and Latin. I honestly believe that a great future is awaiting him because besides what I have already mentioned, he also has those intellectual and human qualities which give him the right for that."

János Gonda pianist, composer, musical expert, the founder of the Jazz Department:

János Gonda pianist, composer, musical expert, the founder of the Jazz Department Awards: Erkel Award; Merits of the Hungarian Republic: Officer´s Cross at first, Commander´s Cross later; Life Achievement of the Hungarian Artists´ Association.

"When I speak about my best students, I never forget to mention Péter Sárik. I already noticed his special talent for improvisation, rhythm, and technique during his studies. After the Academy, my expectations about him and his musical careers came true. Whether he played mainstream music, or performed with Jazzpression, he always attracted attention with his professional, excellent work."
