Bands where I play
PETER SARIK TRIO:
Our band was founded in February 2007.
Beside me Gyorgy Frey plays on bass, and Tamas Berdisz plays on drums. We play mostly our own compositions. You can find our demo in the "Downloads".
ILDI JUHASZ AND PETER SARIK:
With Ildi, we play jazz covers of Hungarian and international hits, Latin and swing music. We perform at events, parties, and clubs, in duet or with a band.

TAMÁS BERKI BAND: >>>
The energy bomb! ALL of his concerts are maximum jazz, fire, and humor. We have had a lot of concerts together and I just can´t wait until our next one!
Bands where I used to play
JAZZPRESSION:
This has been my main band for more than six years. We recorded three albums with our own compositions and we had great success. We toured throughout Hungary and Europe and played along with stars like Dave Brubeck, Victor Bailey, Diane Schuure, Tack and Patti, or Mino Cinelu.
COTTON CLUB SINGERS:
I played with them in the first few years of the band, when they were less well known. We got to know each other with Boldizsár László, Gabi Szûcs, and Adrien Zsédenyi (then members of the band) by having the same singing teacher: Olga Sík.
PÉTER GERENDÁS: >>>
We played together twice, for one year each time, but jazz always "seduced" me. I had listened to Péter´s music a lot before and I had never imagined that I would once be able to work together with him, especially not that we would make a record together. Fortunately, we did.
KIMNOWAK: >>>
At first, I was just a "substitute", but later I became a member and we collaborated on two records.
JÁVORI SOUND MACHINE: >>>
Jávori "Vili bácsi", eternally young, drums until the end. In Jávori Sound Machine, we played covers of Hungarian folk songs and we also recorded an album. Vili passed away on the 20th of February, 2007, after a long struggle that he bore with wonderful strength and dignity.
MUSICAL WITHCRAFT II:
The progressive rock band of Attila Kollár, the flutist of the legendary band "Solaris". Beautiful and exciting music.
ÁGI LAKATOS:
Each week, we had another guest at the band´s club, so I got to play with a lot of fantastic jazz musicians.
REGÕS ISTVÁN: >>>
He plays the piano again nowadays, but at that time he used to play tenor saxophone and we would play his own compositions. I learned a lot from Him.
